*STAR* Board meeting, October 24

*STAR*’s Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, October 24th, to adopt amendments to its Bylaws and elect nine new Directors to the Board.  These bylaws changes and board elections are designed to restructure *STAR* as the organization shifts its focus from infrastructure improvements to attracting new businesses to town under a Community Business Launch grant from DHCD.   The Board will also hear from At Large Supervisor candidates Todd Sansom and Francis McGuigan.  The meeting begins at 3:00 p.m., in the Stanardsville Town Hall.
